Main APPLICATIONS:
It is mainly used for the upsetting of ribbed steel bars in construction projects, and it is the key equipment for realizing the connection of steel bars. The equipment is used in the connection of steel bars to ensure the quality of the connection. Its main function is to squeeze the piercing of the reinforced steel head of the building to increase the diameter of the steel head and increase the tensile strength. The machine is simple in operation, fast in speed and high in processing quality. This machine tool is mainly used for national key projects such as construction, road and bridge, high-speed rail, subway, tunnel, and high-demand engineering.
The reinforced concrete connection technology is to pre-process the end portion of the steel bar (head) to be thickened, so that the diameter of the steel bar in the processing section is increased (3-5 mm), and then the ferrule processing is performed on the upset portion by the steel thread rolling machine. The diameter of the ferrule is infinitely adjustable. When connecting, use a common construction wrench to connect the straight threaded sleeve to the end thread of the steel bar to complete the butt joint of the steel bar. The straight and straight threaded connection technology is stable and the joint strength is greater than that of the steel bar.
