Apple peeler and  slicer machine

Introduction:
The multinational apple peeling machine APCS-1 is perfectly suited for processing a wide size range of apples(35 - 90 mm Ø): Peeling, coring and wedging in one pass ! A spring-loaded knife adjusts automatically to provide a consistent result on uneven surfaces. The peeling thickness can be adjusted.It is simple to operate. Also, the segmenting tools can be changed easily

Peeling progress 

Up to 3 apples can be held at one time. There is an easy three step process:

1.Place the apple on spindle

2.Automatic peeling and coring

3.Cutting the core out of the fruit and, if desired, cutting into pieces with a wedging knife (Bite-sized apple pieces e.g. for fruit salad and pie topping).

Working principle:

1.The apple peeling machine composes of machine rack, transmission system, fruit insert part, peeling device. 

2.When Working, manually plugged the apple into the fruit insert part, with rotation, go into the fruit peeling system. 

3.With the imitate shape knife and lead rail movement, not only peel skin, but also remove core and cut apple cut into 2,4 , 6 or 8 ,12 pieces at the same time.
